The GSHP Association is the focal point for business interests in the ground source heat pump industry. The GSHPA is run by David Matthews, CEO, and Jake Salisbury, Head of Operations, under the direction of the Council.

Training & Standards Sub-Committee
Andy Howley, Brian Stringer, Duncan Nicholson, Rob Gardiner and Nic Wincott sit on the Training & Standards Sub-Committee, which published the Vertical Borehole Standard in September 2011 and contributed to MIS 3005 Heat Pump Systems.
Lobbying Sub-Committee
Brian Kennelly, Tony Bowen, Steve Costello, Chris Davis, Chris Davidson, Simon Lomax and Alan Herbert sit on the Lobbying Sub-Committee.
Marketing Sub-Committee
Steve Costello, Simon Lomax, Michael Moggeridge, Alan Draper and Edward Thompson sit on the Marketing Sub-Committee.
The Association provides information on GSHPs and makes presentations to promote the ground source industry to key audiences.
The Association operates from the National Energy Foundation offices in Milton Keynes, which are heated by a ground source heat pump.
